well its so easy im doing my scrathc build more than 10 years and its not finshed .. also how detialed you want it but basically it never paid off until it become aviablee on sell

First result that popped up on Google (see attachments)

This is a website about Italian Liners, with (more or less) the same drawings and a lot of background info

A 3D model is available on the 3D Warehouse (Sketch Up), even though still a work in progress, but perhaps the designer could be approached to make the model availble for unfolding

I would also suggest that you share any documentation you have on the ship, and you might need to offer to pay for the commission work
