This is a great model, beautifully made. But I think you’ll find the anchors are finished incorrectly; the stock (the wooden beam at the top of the anchor) should be at right angles to the flukes (the curved iron bar with spades) at the bottom of the anchor. This ensures that the stock turns the anchor on its side so that the flukes dig into the bottom.
Try searching for “fisherman’s anchor” or “naval anchor images” Hope this helps, Bailey |

I love how you served the stays. Beautiful job that many modelers would not consider. It looks like you probably used the rigging line provided in the kit, which is white linen cord. What did you use to color the line? Looks very good. |
