I just measured it - 72.5 cm it is. There are drawings for the different configurations in the instructions.

Thanks! And with the cranes, the model is finished. For now, I have placed the Russian cruiser Variag in it (cheating a bit here, as the cruiser is 1/200).

Worked out as a very nice model - it's going to look great with a vessel in it.
A smaller vessel would also look nice, as it will show off more of the dock - so maybe make the Altmark removable!
