Upper rear screens
Parts 34 and 35 really confused me as I could not figure out their placement. They were hiding in plain sight.
Here is the real boat and the model. They are located either side of the exhaust stack housing. Isaac

Complete
The boat build is complete short of the life boats which at this point, I will build much later as I depart on a trip soon.
Closing thoughts. This is a relatively simple design. The hull is primarily slab sides with the only curves being at the bow. There are no frames or formers which in my opinion are needed to make sure the square sides do not warp or twist. Added structure is needed under the bow for the deck to fit properly. The screen shots views are a must because there are no other visual instructions. Reliance on available photos on the web are a good idea. All parts fit well. This will be a nice addition to a 1/600 scale fleet of the carnival cruise lines. I thank Harry, the designer for letting me test build his creation. photos here: the bridge end parts will be glued on. For these pictures, I left them as they are (I did not notice it till later ). Isaac

Thanks. This was another fun build and a new genre for me. I think those models are a good way for those entering the paper ships arena as they are relatively easy to build and even though they are mostly white colors, the blue and red colors do "pop out". Isaac

Harry I noticed the "wings" on the engine exhaust mast have a higher dihedral than the later ones. Good luck with the design. Isaac

Better background
Since I do not have a suitable background, I placed the model on my dining room table. It has a brown marbled look to it. If it was light blue, it would simulate the sea. Those talented in some photoshoping, may recolor the background.
