Getting occasionally out of one's comfort zone is always good idea. In my paper modeling history, ships are the biggest slice but I committed many planes, cars and even building over the years.
Oh and tanks of course...

Never made paper cruise ship though. Would love to try one in not too distant future. I did many resin and metal masters that could be converted. Three most recent in 1250 scale below.

These are gorgeous models. I do remember you showing your earlier resin ships at my apartment in Toronto.


Those are good looking ships.
