Very nice. What scale is it? I was planning on doing a fleet tug in 1/600.

Very nice Bob!
This is Gerry's Tug in 1/400.
Easy rescaling to 1/600.
I am glad that the 1/400 scale is alive!

Thank you Pablo,

I really pay no attention to scale accuracy; allowing the computer and printer to spit out whatever it feels like doing.

This finished Navajo is 5 3/4 inches long, one inch wide, and 2 1/4 inches to top of uppermost Mast.

Additional info downloaded from the Internet.

I had fun playing with toilet paper, wood glue and water mixture creating the ocean waves.

I can finally see one of my models built :-D Very nice building!
Just one notice - at sea, Navy Ensign was hung from the main mast's slanting boom (part 49), not the foremast.
But otherwise, awesome and the water is absolutely fantastic!

Bob - Very nice work, Bob! Your excellent model has inspired me to try my hand at Gerry's model of sister ship USS Apache (ATF-67) in Measure 32/17Ax camouflage as it appeared during the amphibious assault at Lingayen Gulf in the Philippines in January 1945. I haven't tried to build a ship model for decades, and I approach this project with guarded pessimism, but Gerry's model looks buildable even for a duffer, and I would like to have at least one model consistent with the International Paper Models Convention theme: “In, On, Under, or Beside the Sea.”

Gerry - I have been wanting to build one of Wayne's or your WWII era ship models for a long time. Your Navajo-class are such good-looking models that, after seeing Bob's model, I can resist no longer.
