I enjoy watching this kind of work. It adds so much to the appearance of the model.
Nicely done Jan.

Thanks a lot, Mike.
I´m just working on the location and size of the belfry....there´s no belfry in the Mc Kay ´s book - nobody knows where it was, so Mc Kay simply left it out, but I think Culver made the best solution - it´s not so big like on some models. And I recently found something on Payne´s engraving. It should be the top of the belfry. Maybe yes, maybe not

Beautiful Jan, I was wondering how you could be certain of details from this early ship, there must be some challenges that way at times. Fun to watch you build this one!

Some kevels and other small things are made, now I´m continuing with railing.
The half of it is almost finished.

The railing for 17th century sailing vessels is much more decorative than that seen on modern ships. Nice detailed work.

Thanks a lot, friends
The railing on the aft is placed and almost finished.
And, the railing on the bow is almost prepared too
It looks to be a very long journey....

I think long journeys are the best.
Particularly, on a ship like this.
