IJN TAKAO (Halinski)
I'd like to present my version of Takao. The model is very old so I decided to paint it myself. I redesigned few parts (mostly boats and cannons). The bottom and sides were entirely redesigned. I also added few parts (tracks and parts on the bow near anchors' chains). The ship is nearly finished but most of photos here are from the early stage to show you the building process. Enjoy

Big surprise. I have this kit but was so disappointed at first glance that lock it away somewhere. I didn’t imagine this kit turned out to be so nice. It’s fruit of your efforts.

Here are some new photos of Takao. Mostly they show the process of making (and redesigning) the cannons. As you can see I've made also the show-case (the bottom by myself). More recent photos I will post very soon.

Here you have recent photos of Takao. Now I'm working on masts and the rear crane.
