I agree Billy. The older cruise ships are far more graceful than the modern day bricks.

Hello Bluenoser,
Your liner looks wonderful. And those are some clever building techniques. Also, great to see Billy's picture of her from Rotterdam. Mike |

Looking very nice. Hull looks fine, too. I don't see any former lines.

I took the pictures to strategically not show this. I will get some though and post them just to show anyway.

Nice clean building of a pretty ship Bluenoser! May I ask what type of glue you have there? Agree Billy's pic really puts her in perspective

This ship is still on my wishlist, if i ever get good enough for it... Or find room for it.
Looks great though, Bluenoser!

I am using this Lepages white glue. It is a little thicker than the cheap stuff I typically buy. It also has an amazingly quick grab time. I don't have a lot of time to move parts around once the contact has been made. For the most part, I really like this stuff and now only use the cheap stuff if I require more time to get things into position.

OK, as promised, the pictures which show the hull plating at point of contact with the formers.

Looking good! Shame they didn't repaint the real one in her blue scheme...
