Vintage Models
Hi all,
I have created the requested Vintage Model sub forum. I also have moved about 9 threads from the Other Builds sub forum to the new one. I do ask that if you want a reworked model, that those requests are done in private until we can figure out ownership, sharing, and the like. Let me know if I have missed any threads, and I will move them. The new Vintage Models sub forum is home to models as well as cutouts. Rick

All threads dealing with Tatebankos could be moved to the new sub forum.

Cool! Thanks, Rick. Now you can get back to the hockey game. ;-)

Thanks, Rick. I presume that models that have not been modified or recolored, but merely cleaned up to deal with discoloration are okay? All the models I have built so far in my thread are in that category. The URLs that I have listed for the sources of the models are for the pillpat and Toto sites from which Chris and Major D downloaded them.

Thanks, Rick. I don't think any of us will abuse this privilege, but if you see anything borderline, let us know.
As far as other posts that should be in this forum, how do we compile a list and get it to you? Again, thanks. VK |

Thanks from me, too, Rick. I think a definition of Vintage (if that's possible) would really help all of us in determining which builds belong here or not. Would the early Maly Modelarz kits (late 50's-60's) be considered vintage?

For the tatebanko threads, just send a list of urls and I will get them moved

Great idea, I may have to borrow it! It's great that you did this. With many file sharing sites closing down, I think that these incentives could be a great draw to the community and protect some works that may have been on the verge of being lost.

Thanks Rick. I hope this encourages more vintage builds.
