Passing of Rick Steffers

Wow! My condolences! :( I didn't know Rickstef well, but I have seen him around on ehre and I think interacted once or twice! RIP Rick-fly high!

I am heartbroken to learn of Rick’s passing. I share this loss, the struggle for meaning, and the bewildering sense of loneliness that follows when we lose someone important in our lives.

I understand a loss such as this all too well. Not long after posting my "Something For Her" model images, my wife passed suddenly from cancer, September 30, 2021.

My prayers and thoughts of hope go out to all of Rick’s family and friends.

I never had the chance to meet Rick face to face, but his steady hand on the helm will be missed. He always provided advice and self-esteem boosting, when things were headed south modeling-wise. ( and a #10 size boot, when necessary) With a little luck, we all may meet again on a higher forum. Bon Voyage, Rick!

Like many here I only had contact with rickstef through the site but can say we are genuinely fortunate indeed to have had him guiding us along on the forum.

never met rick, but was so helpful in getting me started with the forum. damn what a shock condolences to all

Sudden loss of a friend is so hard to process, I lost my brother earlier this year. He was walking and talking then suddenly he collapsed, same thing happened to my father 20 years ago. The suddenness of it makes it so hard to bounce back.

Rest In Peace Rick, you will be missed

I spoke to him a week before he passed and got the call from his family hours after they got down to where he was at and started going through his apartment. Heartbreaking.
