How to repaint airliner papermodel templates

I have used several PDF editor to repaint templates.Although they can edit templates, none of them seems to be very inefficient.I promise I will ask the original author and follow the regulations before releasing them.

I use photoshop, currently PS6 but I started with PS3 and in some ways I think it was better than 6 version.

Then again I was younger, everything is easier when you are younger

Inscape was mentioned a lot in other posts.I never got a hang of it,possibly because I'm so use to PS.If you didn't use PS before Inscape might be better option.

I think Bruno (S&P models) is using MS Word for making of his models. If you have one try it,it might work for you.

A Convenient Tool is found!I created a model in Rsuper5,then unfolded it in pepakura. Then I only need to change the textures, and the template will be ready.

When I was very young, I used ms paint to repaint, which may seem strange but it worked for easy liveries

Inkscape surely is used by a lot of repainters!! It's a great open-source, free application which is very dynamic, lots of tools and features that come in handy. I've seen many new, young repainters pick up the software and quickly learn how to reproduce great liveries.

There's a fantastic guide demonstrating how to repaint Bruno Vanhecke's fabulous small scale models, the same techniques can be used for larger models as well.

A software which was relased in 1992...It's a Japanese model-building software, which was easy to learn and use. You can search for 六角大王 on google.
