Another Inkscape problem

[B][/B
Recently I completed an aircraft recolor and in some parts I used the Blurr Tool, I safe the document both at .svg and .pdf formats; when reviewing the PDF file I see rectangular shadows where I used the Blurr Tool interferring. Why is this? and how I can solve it. Thanks for your help. Regards, Tony.

Tony,

I've had the same problem with Inkscape since 0.92. What I do is select the blurred parts and use the "Make a Bitmap Copy" under the edit menu. The png file that is created has the blur in it, and there won't be issues with the pdf file when you save it.

You can then put your blurred parts on a separate layer and hide them. Just in case you have to edit them in the future.

PM me if you are still having issues.
