Well, I found another way to do it, and now can confirm it works all the way. Going back to Sketchup, I experimented adding lines that I assumed would join certain faces. Since I had that line joining the top windows, I drew some lines to split up the faces in a different place, in an attempt to make Pepakura interpret them differently. This is what I came up with.

I am working on a papermodel but i need to move some of the parts. How do i do it?

In Viewer, you can not do that.

You would need to use Designer to do that, but you won't be able to save it unless you pay for the license, which is cheap.

there are work arounds, like printing to pdf and then editing in a pdf editor, but those might mess up the texture
