FGMM Gotha Bomber

Here am I diving into the fray.

I bought this model from FG some weeks ago, because I love it and for solidarity with FG.

I will build it as it is.

I also wanted to build it as 1/100 but I really don't know how to reduce the PDF into that scale. can someone help me?

I'm competing for the fun and the help this might bring to FG. My skill aren't goo enough to expect anything but a pat in the shoulders. Still as a statement, if I win, LOL, my prize will go for Chris' bike tour on behalf of all the victims from diabetes.

Should be a good one. I have seen very few of these built. I will never build it, as the rigging scares the poo out of me. :D:D

PaperModelers.com - Downloads - Fiddlers Green Scale Calculator :D

Edit: I see from your photo that the model is WSAM=100% - that means it's currently 1/60 scale. Print at 60% to get 1/100 scale.

When I originally ordered my CDs (back when it came with everything including the buildings) Chip sent along a bunch of A/C already printed. The Gotha was one of them and I never built it (or any of the others) because I thought they were to beautiful. I swore one day I was going to have them framed. When he had them commercially printed they came out looking totaly different than when we print them at home.

Good luck with the build, it's gonna be nice.

I got sent a few of those too, postcard sized, when I ordered my DVD a couple of years ago. Like you say, they look totally different. One of them was a B-24 Liberator in a lovely metallic finish. I'd never cut any of them up though.

I also have this kit downloaded and want to build it with upgrades. The rigging scares the crap out of me. I have been going over some topics about rigging and I will just have to take my time.

I'm not sure of the depth of effort you are looking to put into this but PSP 8 and higher allow you to display and modify PDFs unless they are protected.
