I think Wikipedia left out that the test pilot was never able to sleep because of the Hellish experience he had when flying that contraption. It gives me nightmares. I flew a Piper Cherokee that lost one cylinder and had to make an emergency landing and sometimes I still dream about it!

The model came out superb. I would recomend using a fine wire, maybe from a TIG (GTAW) welder, they are stiff but have a nice flex to them, especially at short lengths ( a foot or so) and are easily bent to shape. Great build!!
