FGMM lil' Stuka

Wound up with a couple of free hours this afternoon. I had darkened the FG Stuka to get the colors a little closer to reality (no Kelly green on Stukas!) and I'm hoping to do one soon, but I thought I'd try my hand at a little one for the heck of it. I like the challenge of doing smaller models and Ju-87s are a personal favorite (understatement of the year).

But I have to say, this is a tough one for tiny scale; wheel pants, gull wings, tail wing braces and such all add up. It's not tiny tiny. It's about an inch and a half long, but that's small enough!
I'm thinking of possibly doing two or three more, graduating up in scale to the large FG size. Could make a nice little diorama landing strip... maybe.

Thanks! I had originally thought I might brave an attempt at a clear canopy for this one until my eyes made it abundantly clear that I was wisest not to consider it!

One thing about making them that small. It clears a lot of space for storage.

Nice job. How did you reduce it?

To reduce these kits, I usually simply print at a reduced percentage. this can be done in the page set up or the print menu usually. Can't remember what this one was.
As far as them getting smaller, Joe, it sure feels like it!
here's a shot of this round of reduced FG planes so far;

The smallest scale one is the P-51 (I think). The Stuka may actually be at or just smaller scale than that. Hard to tell!
