Pirated Models !

Hi guys, it's me again. I've been reading a lot of threads here and I've found some uses of the term "Pirated models". What do you mean by that?

Thanks for the replies!

Let me ask you, what do you think they are?

I will give you my definition when I hear yours

I love multi choice, 25% chance of getting it right.

If I get it wrong I'll make up for it by selling all those models I've downloaded.

Cheers JTF

(Just for the record the above is a joke, I know how sensitive some people can get on this subject.)

Kris4015,
Since no one is giving you a straight answer, I will give you my definition.
A "Pirated model" is a (generally commercial) model offered for sale or free on another website without the approval of the designer/owner of the model.
Pirated models are sometimes offered on eBay on CD's or DVD's.
