I'm having trouble contacting Ecardmodels. All previous purchases completed successfully.
But not this time - I need help with an order.
Unfortunately, the support department does not respond to emails.

Have any of you had a similar problem? Is there an alternative contact channel?

Yes, I had that problem too. But after about 7-10 days they finally got back to me and then everything was fine.
