Thanks for the question, Matthew, and thanks for the handy table, JR. Although I have long known the formula, I took the opportunity to copy out your table into my paper modeling notebook for quick reference.

And yes, the correct rounding for 2/3 is 67%, 66.7%, 66.67%, etc, depending on the level of precision your printing program allows
