3M Super 77 vs Scotch Super 77

When I was working on my Saturn V rocket lamp, I ran low on Super 77. Found a can of "Super 77" in the glue aisle local bog box store.

Was not impressed with the sticking power, was not the same Super 77 as what was in the older cans.

Yesterday I needed some more, bought this time at the local hardware store.

Big difference in sticking power.

Both are made by 3M, one is Industrial Strength-it works best. Anyway here is a photo of the two different Super 77 cans. They cost almost the same-The Scotch is not so good, the 3M Industrial is like the old stuff.

The larger can cost twenty five cents less than the Scotch, which is a 3M company. Walmart vs AIH prices-Alaska Industrial Hardware.

Easy to see where I'll be buying my Super 77 from.
