I guess my hack will live for awhile longer and I hope it helps other folks who need it. |

Just to be sure, in the "Commonly used Settings" box with "Standard" and "Photo Printing" I had a box to check under "Additional Features". If it is still greyed out after selecting a different commonly used settings, then I would say your specific printer does not handle borderless printing and the hack will live longer .

Further - I have an Epson CX7400 printer and, after digging around in the Printer Help section, found this about borderless printing:
1. Borderless printing depends on the paper size and paper type selected. OK, cool so far. Then the kicker...... 2. berderless printing is available for Vista, XP and Windows 2000. Nothing about Windows 7 or 8. I pushed and clicked on every button and space I could find and never could get Borderless Printing to ungray, Of course I've got Windows 7 so what to expect? One other little tidbit - at least for my printer if borderless printing were possible and selected, the picture would be slightly enlarged, then cropped side to side, So the possibility would be there for mismatched print scale from page to page, |
