wondering if any of you have used a product called crystal effects or 3-D Crystal Lacquer?

Scrapbooking Tip: Crystal Effects (SU!) or Liquid Glass (CTMH)
Crystal Effects - by Stampin' Up!

thinking of using it to simulate 'glass' surfaces.
