Quick Polish Translation?

Quick one for ya.....what does "tu szlifowac" translate to. It's written on a deck template lengthwise down the gunwhale deck edge. My guess is to sand this are to a rounded shape (to assist letting the sea water wash over the deck).

If so, is it best to soak the are in CA or thinned PVA to sand better?

Precisely - this area should be sanded down.
I would soak it in the CA glue to get nice rigid surface.
