Instead I get my models laser printed at my local FedEx store. The finish is semi gloss, and is very durable. I spend about $1.50 per sheet. I don't need spray finish. The toner does not fleck off like lasers that I had used a few years ago.

From my brief experience, I do the same too.
Before going to the local print center, I compose one pdf file for each paper weight I need, using PDFTK (the Swiss army knife for pdf documents
), adjusting scale, rotation, and so on, and naming them as "print_120.pdf", "print_160.pdf", "print_200.pdf", so I just have to ask to print them at 100%, no rotation on the related paper weight.
