Double sided adhesive tape
Rene Pinos mentioned using Isovar tape to laminate canopy framing to foil but I cannot find anybody selling this tape in the US.
There are several other types of double sided tapes but I wanted to check if anybody has any experience with them in this particular application and what would be the recomended brand.

Tape
You might want to try 3M #463 2 mil transfer tape. Comes in various widths. It is not really a tape in that you can hold it, it is just a sticky film. I use it to laminate. You will probably have to order it from a office supplier. Check your local yellow pages.

I second the 3M Carpet tape. A roll will last for years.

3m also make double stick Scotch, both removable and permanent.
