Question moving flaps in Pepakura Designer

i'm trying to do my first model via Sketchup and Pepakura Designer, and i wonder if it is possible to tell PD where i want the flaps to go
now it seems to put some flaps on one side of the joint and some at the other side
i want to control which side they go to, is it possible?

Yes, entirely possible.

Got into 2D Menu at the top then go into Edit Mode and Edit Flap.

You'll see red lines highlighted where the flaps are located in the 2D view.

Click on one of those and then check the small popup window in Edit Flap for what you want to do.
