This is a fairly easy model of an HO scale American type 4-4-0 steam locomotive - Western and Atlantic No. 3, "The General," as it appeared in the "Great Locomotive Chase" of April 12, 1862. I've test-built it a few times, and I'm not the best builder. A more experienced builder should be able to come away with a pretty good model.
