The 1934 German movie Stoßtrupp 1917 has a scene of a Mark IV British tank assaulting German soldiers. My guess is that this is was a captured tank hidden from the Interallied Military Control Commission and finally brought out to star in a movie. Every now and then this movie pops up on YouTube and it is available for rental.
