Wish I'd know about that one. Would have tried to make it over to it since I haven't been there since the William Burroughs exhibit 20 years ago. Trying to get back into the art stuff more.

Samurai Armor
Nice find John.
I like Samurai armor. The art, style and effect contained in these works is way beyond fascination. The genre is extremely useful in conjuring a whole new look and feel for conceptual art creation. Even the use of the Katsura Palace color palette in their creation to insure the pleasure of the Emperor. The Bushido code lives vividly on in these preserved works - you can almost hear the taiko drums rolling..., -Gil |
