There are some good ideas to try to remember.

There are a couple of UK TV shows "The Repair Shop" and "Restorers" I've found some good idea there

The drill used to make the small holes in the hydraulic cylinder is an Acetylene Welding Tip Drill. Most welding supply stores carry them. Just ask for a Tip Cleaning Drill.

Has several of the small drill bits stored in the handle. Caution: Do not open the storage cap over carpet. The really small bits can disappear, if you drop any, until you find them with your bare feet.
