Japan is becoming unpopulated, who will make paper models in the future?
Many places in Japan are now unpopulated.
In the future will there be enough Japanese to maintain the servers on which paper models are hosted?

Just today I read the article about JSDF and I was shocked. They revealed that they cannot be able to reinforce the army due to the lack of young people: the number of people in military recruitment age (18 to 26 or so) declined from 17 millions in 1994 to 10.4 milions. It is horrific! In Poland there is some 8 milions people of similar age, but Poland has 38 M people while the Japan has over 125 M in total!

Since this is a purely social demographic topic, the ability to recruit a standing military to attack or defend has everything to do with humans ability to spread real and perceived hate and mayhems will follow no matter how big armies get.
All it takes is a self centered crazy leader, a willing or brainwashed populace and all hell breaks loose. And having a military to fight it requires allies, not just a single army. However, with human population in the world being at 8 billions, there will be no shortage of people nor cultures. I would not worry about it. Isaac

Japan is experiencing a demographic trend that will undoubtedly affect its national and local policies and economies, but it's a long way from becoming a ghost town.
