Ah, I'm slow as I missed that one. It's what I get for posting when I'm barely awake (or heck, I probably miss things regularly under normal circumstances anyway :D).

Nae to worry old man, foreigners shouldn't try to pun in another man's language. Has been known to lead to wars and such. No offense intended.

The wings are on, but suffering from warping at the trailing edges.

"I'm not old, I'm 37" /Monty Python :D
Looking pretty good. I wonder if a 'box' spar or 2 lengthwise spars might help with the warpage you mention? (And for the record, I really am 37 - so I can only use that line until next March .)

Well don't feel bad. In a couple of years you can start using a line from Mame "Somewhere between 40 and death."

In normal circumstances the warpage would probably be fixed by a boxspar, however this appears to be caused by too much waterbased glue. Thats what you get from being too hasty. The paper is probably too light as well. I used 180grs. The actual span is 14"

Another update on the L-19 Corsairdog.I cheated a little by using thin strips of metal from a coffee tin. The U/C was laminated tin/paper,as was the tailwheel. Thanks for the comment Don. Now come the hard parts ! The rest of the cowling cum prop and a pair of prperly made main wheels. Then back to the drawing board for colouring and laying out the thing.
