hello
I'm a new member whose interest started and is mostly contained by wanting to make wargaming terrain buildings for 15mm 1/285 and 28mm scales.

Welcome to the site.
Check out the Links tab at the upper right for links to sites with gaming terrain. Most of the 28mm stuff can be rescaled to 15mm. That is one thing about paper buildings that is great. Most of them can be rescaled without much trouble, and all can be rescaled in some way.
