A Big Hello :-)
Hello papermodeling friends, from an 11 year veteran of paper model design. I have been dabbling with plastic and other media for forty years as well, although I won't be posting anything regarding that side of my hobby, rest assured! I do have other responsibilities, so my model making enterprises are on and off; bear with me! Nice to be on board

It's going to take me a while to figure out the navigating around here. Like, I don't even know where (or how) I can post pics of my finished models for a start! There even seems to be at least three different options for posting this reply, f'rinstance. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it but patience, on your part folks, will be a requirement :-)

Hi and welcome! Thank you for joining the forum. There's no rush, just take your time and explore the forum. Ask questions and enjoy yourself. When you feel comfortable, we would love to see pictures of your builds. With 11 years of experience you must have some nice work. We even have a section called Other things We Do and Make where people post pl@$#ic models they have built, among other things.

Thank you, friends, for your comments and advice :-) For one thing, I have never been in a forum before (F*c*ebook doesn't count! Am I allowed to mention them??) and I'm interested that you have that section for the *unmentionable* other media, as I do dabble with *other than paper* now and again, because I've been building p*a*t*c stuff for decades (Paper modeling wasn't invented 40 years ago when I was a boy - well, OK it was, but not in my world!) I should respectfully mention I'm not quite a retiree yet, still around a decade to go there :-) I should p'raps also mention I managed to upload a few pics to my Album "Plumdragon's Gallery" although I'm not sure if it needs moderating first before anyone other than myself can view it....

Until you have a few more posts (anti-spam rules for new folk), you cannot post links and the image function in Quick Reply doesn't work (usually).
If you hit the Post Reply button, it will take you to a window where you should see 'Attachments' towards the top. Click that and you can upload your photos as attachments
