Privet is mean Hello in Russian ;)

I was impressed by paper models when i was very young, i think i was ten. My first model was something by Maly Modelarz, perhaps it was Tomahawk P40 or Li-2. I built (I think so) more twenty models before I graduated from hischool: tanks, car (GAZ 69, I remember that very well, it was very difficult), some ships, but most airplanes. and then was long long stagnation's epoch )
well now... my time's rolling to hell out and five years ago i bought olfa knife, olfa mat and some paper, cardboard, glue and I... started it over again.
it was hard, sometimes very hard )))
but in some wicked ways I built MP-6 (arctic sea version of Tupolev's TB-1), distance record plane ANT-25, trainer UT-2, famouse DH-60, flying boat Be-4, dog fighter I-16, jet MiG-15, heli Mi-4.
and Redstone-Mercury in 1:33 (I'm gonna build Saturn in this scale, do not tell my wife, please)
I know it's less I should did, but my job and my weekend's cessna needs my time.
okay okay more words is less actions.

I hope I would learn off something new at this paperness place. I will ask many questions, be patient please and sorry for my poor English

)

Hello and welcome. It doesn't matter what you build, as long as you enjoy building it. As long as it's made out of paper!!!

Saturn V in 1:33? That will be something to see! At ~2.8m tall, you'll have trouble displaying the full stack in your house - but I say go for it :D

I've started building it at 1:72, 1:100 and 1:300. Time will tell if I ever finish any of them.

Welcome aboard!

Welcome to the forum. Ask away...most of us can usually figure out what it is you want to know, and a very gifted few may even be able to give you an answer that helps.

Hi Awlinger! Welcome to the forum. Thanks for joining. Are airplanes your main interest? There are a lot of aircraft modelers here so you'll be in good company. As for your English, it's a whole lot better than my (non-existent) Russian. Your post was perfectly understandable. As has already been said if you have a question, ask. We're glad you're here. Welcome aboard!
