Thank You All!
CIUTTSO - sure, I can help with translations. I know Polish very well, but can't say the same about English

Those are magnificent models Sebastian!

Regarding translating Polish to English: Google Translate is doing a reasonable job but doesn't know the word "wrege". From the context the meaning must be "former" or "forming disc" I guess?

Cheers,
Erik

Because there isn't anyting like "wrege" in Polish. It's "wręgę" or in nominative case (singular) it's "wręga". This "e with a worm" character is a polish diacritic (I hope you can see them in my reply). And I hope we are talking about the same thing: transverse element of the ship's skeleton. In the picture below "wręgi" (plural) are all these elements marked with "W x". I would call them "frames".

Yes, we're talking about the same thing and it perfectly makes sense. Google Translate usually doesn't have a problem with not using the Polish letters (because my keyboard doesn't have them, only as special characters, which are hard to use), such as wrega or wrege, but somehow these particular words are not recognized by the program. It's kind of funny...

I remember I used to have a Polish colleague (notably an engineer) but he didn't know the word... In any case, thanks for your response.

Erik
