Update on that ... Yes there is a free version of Pepakura Designer, BUT ... it is a cut down version. You still need to buy the "key" to access all it's features.

I wasn't aware of the latest requirements Rick, as I've been using Designer since ver 2. Back then the free Reader was great for a start, but it wasn't long before I paid to get Designer. Since then all updates have been free. Mind you, even now I still often use Reader as it seems more efficient for isolating individual parts in the 3D view to better see where they fit in and how they are formed. Especially with those annoying pdo files where you find many bits that haven't been moved onto the pages.
