Greetings from Oregon

Been building card models for years -- Found FG in college, kept myself sane by building several of Chip's models. Eventually moved on to doing some designing (the Ames/Dryden (Scaled Composites...) AD-1 model at FG is mine...), and I am currently working on a model of the Bristol Blennheim Mk. 1.

I have a model of the Pond Racer that I'd like to put up somewhere (designed for Chip, but I don't really want to go through the process again...), it's a good model and I'd like to see it out in the world.

Welcome aboard! You can try ecardmodels if you want to sell it, or just post it on the downloads here (folks have to register/post before downloading so will not be released completely into the wild). I've been doing spacecraft - so using the Lower Hudson Valley Challenger Center (jlesile48.com) to post free models for download, as well as putting them on the forum download pages. Not sure if there's a corresponding airplane focused organization.

Welcome to the forum. I have seen your works over at FG, but post some photos over here of you works or WIP. Glad to have your expertise here, you are in good company.

It's nice to see that there's a good forum for card modelling on the internet. It's the best bang for your buck hobby that I know about.

Good to see a fellow modler from Oregon. If I may ask where in OR? I'am in Eugene and new to all this forum stuff. Still learning the ropes.

I live in Portland, but I'm originally from the Medford area (Talent, but nobody knows were Talent is, so I say Medford.)

Could be worse,could of been Hugo or Wonder. :D I grew up in Grants Pass.

Welcome, was just in Portland for my 1st time back in mid-July. Guess you were having a bit of a heat wave for there, but compared to here in the Phoenix area still thought it was wonderful. Was just looking at some my riverfront photos today.
