Hi all;

I'm JC , live in France and just fifty ; I come from "plastic model" world , and after assembly of numerous plastic kit, I went to scratchbuilding some, and recently discovered the paper model world, seems so nice to me.

After beginning with assembly of some freebies found on the web, not actually a big success, I've built the "by air classique" Breguet 14 T found on Ecardsmodels.

Actually it is not made "only" in paper, i've made some accessories in wood or plastic; nevertheless i am happy with the result.

To be honest , I have read you all for a moment in silence, and I have admired the excellent work of all , I wish I can progress.

My interest is particularly in early planes, military WWI planes, racers, commercial interwar planes.

Welcome to the site.

Be sure to check out the download section for some of the models you mention.

That is the beauty of paper, almost anything can be used to enhance the build.

Bien venue. This is a great forum for paper modelers as you will discover. Discussions and tutorials are here aplenty along with the occasional tip or hint as members inform us how they did this that or another thing to whatever build is displayed. Regular visits to the site are definitely well worth the effort.

Many thanks for this warm welcome ! My next project is a "Rumpler C1", WWI recco plane modified postwar to civilian transport. The base will be 1/100 Scissors&planes, rescaled to 1/48 and slightly modified.
