Hi From Wishaw Scotland

Hello and very glad to have found this site. I have a great love of model building and have previously built cut out and glue card models; Superquick buildings for OO model railways, and a very interesting space freighter in the early 80s, which I managed to find another of on ebay, and still havent finished the transporters!! Anyway, there is a very important reason I am here. We run a kids model club and we will be doing a display soon. One set of models is the Space 1999 Eagle. We have a number of them and wanted to build at least 2 landing pads, and I wondered if there was a card kit? There seems to have been one designed by a Mr Killington 10 years ago. Does anyone know how I can get hold of this kit to print, can I buy it somewhere, as we need it done, even in a primitive form, for mid October. if we can find one, will be happy to post pics of the results. the models are 1:72 (I think), same size as the Dinky one from my childhood lol!! All and any help greatly appreciated!!! Many thanks. Graham

Welcome aboard. AirDave has some great sci-fi stuff on his website, including an eagle transporter.

Morning!!

No, wont be there, but will be at the IPMS Glasgow show in October. If you are the guy who had the really nice MadMax Fury Road tanker, Space Capsule and many more on your stand, we've spoken before and you gave me some great tips on curving card for the ''Build Your Own'' Space Freighter which comes in a book.

If you are at Glasgow, look forward to seeing you in October!!

G.
