Hello from an Aussie Railway Modeller
Thanks for letting me join.
I am not really a pure paper or card modeller, but use a hybrid technique for my 1:480 scale buildings and vehicles. These are usually 3D prints for the basic shells and roofs, with paper sides or door and window details. Plus lots of paper roads, train tracks, backscenes, etc. The main software tools I work with are GIMP, MS Paint and OpenSCAD, plus some of my own custom software and scripting languages to generate the train side and road/track imagery. And lots of PVA glue.

You are right at home here as there are a lot of "hybriding" going on and some of these guys are masters!, Welcome to the forum from sunny Florida!
