Very Interesting Here
Hello, I like R/C aviation. But I do have many powerboats and sail also. I like paper models to examine the lines and color schemes. They are useful in my applications to foam flying warplanes. There is some marvelous work here.

I have built some in the past for a relative. He built the paper German aircraft carrier. I think it was Graf Zeppelin. I may be wrong on the name. It was donated with a large card stock waterline collection to the Battleship BB "Massachusetts" museum in Fall River, Mass, USA many years ago. I built many of the small aircraft for the deck. I am presently in flying Foamies and RC flying scale and I do study paper models for their lines and detail. I have presently tooling with printout profile flight. The prints are bonded to foam and cut out then the edges are color matched waterbase paints. I have found many unusual color schemes and camo patterns I like. Many of the smaller details like cockpit and engines are also useful. I can use the motor patterns also in WWI aircraft also.
Thanks for asking. **Neons** Bob |
