Prudenzio Contest - Mini Acme Oil Truck

Here is my first entry into the Zio Prudenzio Contest - there may be more later if I can get them done - it is the Mini Acme Oil Truck.

Here are the basic components - minus the wheels/tires

Closer views of the cab, I printed out an extra windshield frame and glued thin clear acetate between the frames for windshield glass

Steering wheel and column, I didn't use the steering column supplied. I rolled paper around a standard pin.

Again, more components for the Mini Oil Truck

Motor: I found the motor to be quite detailed for the size, it included drive belts, fan, alternator/generator, intake manifold with carburetor and air filter, and exhaust manifold and pipe

Here are the wheels/tires for the Mini Oil Truck. Her is where I deviated the most from the original design. It appeared that the designed called for just folding and gluing the tires and wheels, resulting in a flat wheel, double thickness, printed on both sides. But also provided in the design was tire treads, but no indication of how to construct a wheel with any thickness. I started by making the wheels/tires by just laminating the two sides together, and cut out the spokes. I then printed out multiple copies of the wheels/tires, and cut out the center to just create a donut. I then laminated the donuts to each side of the center hub/spokes until I had the thickness of the tread, and then glued on the tread.
The end result, I'm pretty happy with:

Excellent build Lee - I especially admire the engine and its details, even at such a small scale. Edge coloring looks good, and I would call this one a winner.

Also, good to see a member not too far down South of CA! Nice change of pace!
