Prudenzio Spitfire Mk.V IAF
This model resembles a Spitfire Mk.V flown by the Italian Air Force in October 1944.
I started my build last night, so the fuselage and wings could dry over night. Marco |

The Spit is growing.
Some trimming was needed on the parts, but nothing serious. Marco |

Another update for tonight.
Added the bulges on and the radiators an air intake below the wing.

Ahoy folks,
the Spit is finished. I reinforced the undercarriage by hardening it with super glue. The main gear struts are pushed through the lower wing surface and glued to the upper one.

Yes, indeed!
As this was my first Prudenzio kit, the first evening was for understanding his way of construction.

Really excellent work Marco - I will definitely give the Zio Spitfire a try, thanks for the inspiration!
