I was fortunate enough to see them perform in anger at low level - many times.

Also Vampires too sometimes! Wish I had taken pictures.

I was in Famagusta when the Turkish Phantoms beat it up to frighten the people away. Fun it was not, and my family and I pulled out over night.

Real respect for the pilots though. They quite accurately bombed every empty lot, causing very little damage to the houses. The Town was deserted when their ground troops came in a few days later.

Just want to thank Kevin for the instructions and photos for this woodpecker. It's my first paper build in over 40 years and the given instructions weren't clear at first. But you made it so much easier and I learned a lot for future projects. Thank you!
