Nicely done

I really like seeing the birds 'in flight'

It is good to see these excellent models of birds and to remember Kevin, who I miss very much.

Malcolm Topp who made these models was amazing with especially the Osprey and Merlin, they are really still among the finest models ever designed in my view.

Thanks for your kind comments!
I've made the Long Tailed Tit from Johan, and have download a few other models but not got around to building them yet. So many models, and too little spare time!

Bluethroat

As a bit of a break from aircraft I thought I would have a go a the Bluethroat from Johan Scherft. It was a straightforward enough build and I only had a little bit of fit problems around the shoulder/wing joints that was down to me and no fault of the model. I resolved that by reprinting those parts at 105% to give me a bit more area to bridge the gap between body and wing. Quite pleased with how it came out. Now back to the aircraft models......

Regards
Gary
