Simple origami pigeons
Seeking for the simple flat Japanese origami paper models for the bookmarks decoration, I found a very simple but charming pigeon model. In fact it's not a flat one, but it is amazingly basic and easy and so it inspired me (as usual) to try to do the smallest versions possible, and then I came up with the idea to make a little diorama, depicting a dynamic scene that we all know very well from our cities. The origami pigeons were made of white 80 g/sqm paper squares 2 cm by 2 cm. In this scale one small drop of a white glue is enough to fix the tiny model to its support, which helped me to achieve a pretty spatial effect.

Cool 3-D effect! I like how you have different pigeons frozen mid-flap at different parts of their strokes.
