I am looking forward to making this awesome paper model with the Kids from an Australian base Star wars fan club.

I run the kids program for a Melbourne (Australia) base fan club.
The club has been running for over 20 years and now we have second generation of fans (member’s kids) therefore l run the kids program when we have our meetings. The kids program is free.
Kids love it when l allow them to help build paper models at the meeting, as they don’t do much craft stuff at home.
The kids help build an item and then they put their name on a paper to be draw out to win the finished paper model.
If the kids wishes to make the model at home; l either give them the web link or print the model out for the family at no cost to them.

Mapleman is my nickname.
Every time when l travel to Canada, l buy clothing with Maple leaf (Roots), or some sort of sporty top with the Canadian logo (Maple leaf).
Therefore friends call me Mapleman.
I use “Mapleman” as my internet name on all paper model forums.

I know when l first join this group l did miss spell of my user name. It has fixed itself somehow. ????

This is great. I've seen the real thing (the actual movie prop) on display in the foyer of the main building of Skywalker Ranch and just love to see what you come up with this.

Man, building cone after cone and cylinder after cylinder really burned me out on this project . . . :o

Good news is that it's almost finished. The rest of it will go faster because it's got fewer pieces.

they really need to give anakin a paper lightsaber...in kit form! then he'll learn to avoid losing his lightsabers
