I have a question that I have been always wondering , which is where does one get a plain white Scissors and planes Airliner to repaint? Example like a B777.

Check the huge list of attachments for this thread, ie click on the paperclip icon next to this thread in the list of threads of the Aviation forum, it will open in a pop-up window.
B777-9X white: http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/a...ors-planes.pdf B777-8X white: http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/a...ors-planes.pdf B777-200 & 300 white: http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/a...ors-planes.pdf http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/a...ors-planes.pdf If there's no white version, do one yourself. The how-to depends on how you're doing your recolor: vector (Inkscape, Corel Draw, Illustrator etc...) or bitmap (Photoshop, Paint.net, the Gimp, PSP etc...). Bruno's PDF are vector.

Hello Here on this Thread
I just wanted to share my new recolored 1/300 Scale F-15A "Streak Eagle", the one that conducts 8 time-to-climb records between January 16 to February 1, 1975, in which it comes out with significant weight reduction, which includes leaving it in bare metal or unpainted (excluding the streak eagle and removing all electronic equipment(except for comm. radio). I quite took a lot of time for finding the colors of every metals on each parts of the plane including the "Streak Eagle" nose insignia, so it might not be an exact colors, but still tried to make it as accurate as possible. I also come up with two variations of rudders for options, one that contains the serial numbers only, and the other contains the "Aquila Maxima" insignia. *Photo of the actual aircraft for reference, taken from boldmethod.com Here's the recolored templates for the "Streak Eagle" model, I hope you like it, and lemme know if there's any inconsistencies in it |

Hello all
Hay Waylon you did a most excellent job on the Streak(er) Eagle. I will have to do my UPSCALING and try to build it. Now its time to prep for dual race day: Indy500 and Coke-Cola 500. Everyone have a fun and safe weekend.
